When making a new years resolution you have to set a reasonable that you think you can obtain to better yourself. My New Years Resolution is get into better shape. I live an active lifestyle but belive i can still better myself. The way the outcome will be different is i will set goals that i will obtain slowly such as speed up my mile time and be able to lift more. Eating better will also be a big part of this, giving me the energy to be able to workout everyday.
